Yogi Soothing Rose Hibiscus Skin DeTox is part of Yogi's DeTox family and is formulated to support skin health from the inside. The flavour profile is fruity and floral, with tart hibiscus, soft rose and a honeyed sweetness from honeybush.

The blend combines rose petal and hibiscus flower, both used in Ayurveda to help soothe the skin, with dandelion root, burdock root and yellow dock root, herbs traditionally used to support cleansing. An organic green tea base adds antioxidants, along with honeybush, red clover, cardamom and orange peel.

Unlike most of the Yogi range this one is not caffeine free: it contains approximately 12mg of caffeine per tea bag from the green tea, so it is better suited to daytime drinking. Yogi suggests 3 to 4 cups a day as part of a skincare routine. It is certified organic, vegan, gluten free and dairy free.

Brewing differs from Yogi's usual guidance: steep one tea bag in 240mL of boiling water for 5 minutes, not 7. Use two tea bags for a stronger cup.
