Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Approved returns will receive store credit for future purchases. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must return it to us in its original condition (including all packaging) as per Australia Post's claim requirements. This allows us to lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf. Once we receive and inspect your damaged item, we'll process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Do not discard any packaging, as Australia Post requires it for damage claims.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Credit will appear within a timeframe depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
