The Carob Mint Bar is an 80g milk carob block infused with pure essential peppermint oil. As the brand describes it, the "naturally sweet, smooth and creamy mint taste comes from the sweetness in Australian grown carob beans, infused with pure essential peppermint oil."

The mint flavour is real peppermint oil rather than a synthetic mint flavour, over a base of 25.5% organically grown carob powder, cocoa butter and Australian milk solids.

It is the natural-foods answer to a peppermint chocolate block, and being carob it contains no caffeine - handy for an after-dinner square without the stimulant.

Store in a cool, dry place between 15 and 22 degrees Celsius.
