The Carob Milk Bar is The Carob Kitchen's original 80g block. In the brand's words, "From bean to bar, our carob range is made from Australian grown organic carob and real cocoa butter," blended with "only the purest of natural ingredients" to create a mild yet naturally sweet, smooth carob bar.

It is built on 25.5% organically grown carob powder, real cocoa butter and Australian milk solids, with natural vanilla extract and GMO-free sunflower lecithin. There is no cocoa mass, so there is no caffeine.

This is the everyday chocolate substitute for people who cannot or would rather not eat chocolate - children, pregnant women, and anyone sensitive to caffeine. Break it into squares, or chop it into baking in place of chocolate.

Store in a cool, dry place between 15 and 22 degrees Celsius. Do not refrigerate.
