They are Australian grown organic carob nibs made from whole carob beans. The name comes from the kibbling machinery that separates the seeds from the husks.

Eat them straight from the pack as a lunchbox or handbag snack, scatter them on a cheese platter for a sweet-savoury contrast, stir them through muesli, or use them in muesli bar slices in place of dried fruit - they pair particularly well with roasted almonds.
