Breathe Balm is a deeply cooling chest and body balm from Sol Medicinals, made to support clearer breathing and open the senses when you are congested, run down, or simply need to take a fuller breath.

It is a petrochemical-free alternative to the conventional vapour rubs most of us grew up with: instead of petroleum jelly, the actives are carried in organic extra virgin olive oil and beeswax with calendula-infused oil. Eucalyptus blue gum, menthol, camphor and peppermint provide the cooling, clearing hit, while rosemary, tea tree and lavender round out the blend.

Massage a small amount onto the chest, neck, temples or under the nose and breathe deeply. Reapply through the day as needed — it is equally at home rubbed into tight shoulders or used before a walk to clear the head.

All ingredients are certified organic and the balm is made in Australia. For external use only, and not recommended for children under four years.
