Sodii Everyday Hydration Salts are an Australian-made, purposefully salty electrolyte drink mix built around Lake Deborah salt — a certified organic, pollutant-free salt harvested from a natural lake in Western Australia. Each serve delivers 1000mg sodium, 210mg potassium and 70mg magnesium, the ratio the body actually needs for cellular hydration rather than the token dose found in most sports drinks.

Unlike conventional electrolyte powders there is no added sugar, no maltodextrin filler, and no artificial sweeteners or colours — just under 0.8g of carbohydrate and fewer than 3 calories per serve, which keeps it fasting-friendly and suitable for keto, paleo and vegan diets.
