The Silicea Twin Pack is two 500mL bottles of Original Body Essential Silicea colloidal silica gel — the value size for anyone already taking it daily, at roughly two months of supply per bottle.

Silicea is silicon dioxide suspended as minuscule, highly bioavailable particles in purified water, with no colours, flavours, additives or preservatives, bottled in BPA-free packaging and made in Germany by Hübner. Silica is a trace mineral the body uses to build and maintain connective tissue, and reserves decline with age.

It is taken to support supple skin, strong hair and hard nails, along with tendons, ligaments and cartilage, and to support the body's own collagen and elastin. Adults and children over 12 years take one tablespoon (15mL) stirred into water or juice once daily; the gel can also be dabbed onto the skin and rinsed after 5 to 10 minutes. Shake before use and refrigerate after opening.
