The two grains combined create a "complete protein" meaning together they contain all 9 essential amino acids. Our Green Moong Kitchari features whole green moong beans and brown basmati rice, with our unique Ayurvedic spice blend and a touch of sea salt. This easy meal-in-a-jar is a one pot wonder.
