Pyewackets Traditional Flora Cider is a naturopath-formulated digestive tonic that takes its cue from the traditional apéritif – fragrance, colour and a hint of bittersweet, entirely alcohol-free. It is a herbal apple cider vinegar concentrate designed to be enjoyed daily rather than only when something is wrong.

The formula layers carminative herbs such as peppermint, lemon balm and chamomile for bloating, cramping and stomach distress, with bitters like globe artichoke to encourage bile production and liver function. Marshmallow root soothes and reduces inflammation, papaya leaf and raw apple cider vinegar contribute plant enzymes, and inulin from Jerusalem artichoke feeds beneficial gut bacteria.

Mix one to two tablespoons with cold sparkling water over ice and take before or after meals to stimulate appetite and support digestion. It is just as good in still water at room temperature or gently heated. A 200mL bottle makes around 13 drinks; the 500mL makes about 33.
