Description:
Pyewackets Traditional Apple Cider Vinegar is the raw, certified organic vinegar the brand uses as the base of its own tonics and shrubs, now bottled on its own. It is made by a small family business from cold-climate certified organic apples grown in Aotearoa New Zealand – pure, cold-pressed apple juice that is naturally wild-fermented rather than heat-treated or rushed.
Because it is unfiltered and unpasteurised, the vinegar is still alive and carries ‘the mother’ – the cloudy strands of beneficial bacteria and enzymes that settle through the bottle. Give it a gentle shake before pouring so the mother is distributed through every serve.
Take one tablespoon in water before meals to support digestion, or enjoy it as a daily tonic. It is equally at home in the kitchen, in dressings, sauces, marinades and homemade tonics and shrubs. Supplied in a 500mL dark amber glass bottle to protect the living culture from light.
