Spicy Fennel is a certified organic, caffeine-free herbal infusion combining fennel, ginger and licorice. Organic India describes it as a perfectly balanced infusion imbued with the fiery zest of fennel, the gentle warmth of ginger and the soothing sweetness of licorice.

Fennel has traditionally been used to support digestive health, soothing discomfort in times of nausea, cramping, gas and bloating. It has also been used to assist natural peristaltic movement and as a liver decongestant. Because the blend is caffeine-free it suits any time of day, including after a meal.

To brew, pour freshly boiled water over an infusion bag in a cup, cover the mug with a lid or a small plate and steep for 10 minutes or longer. Add a second bag to double the strength.
