Ziziphus is traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to relieve sleeplessness and spontaneous sweating and to calm the spirit, while bupleurum is traditionally used in Chinese Medicine for cooling the body. Chaste tree completes the formula.

Adults take two capsules once daily with water or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
