NutriVital Magnesium Glycinate contains an organic form of magnesium that is gentle on the stomach and well absorbed.

Magnesium supports muscle function as well as teeth, bone and cardiovascular system health. Magnesium also maintains energy production, supports body electrolyte balance and nervous system function, and assists the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Available as capsules or a pleasant vanilla-flavoured powder. Adults take 1 capsule 2 times daily with water, or mix 6g of powder (1 scoop provided) daily with 200mL of water or your preferred beverage.
