Nutri-Leaf Slim Tea Regular Strength (also sold as Dieters' Slim Tea) is an all-natural herbal laxative tea. It helps cleanse the body and supports healthy balance and regularity from within. Choose it if you have occasional constipation, want to keep your digestion regular, or want a gentle tea to go with a cleanse program.

The formula combines senna leaf with a blend of traditional Chinese herbs, seeds and fruits: hawthorn fruit, barley, lotus leaf, lime fruit, Asian plantain seed, rice bean, rhubarb root and poria. It is made from 100% natural herbal ingredients, with no caffeine and no artificial colours or preservatives, and is suitable for vegetarians.

The Regular Strength blend is the gentler option in the range, with 30 tea bags per box. To use, infuse one tea bag in a cup of hot water and steep for 1–2 minutes, then drink one cup once or twice daily. The strength can be adjusted by changing the steeping time; first-time users are advised to start with a shorter steep and see how their body responds.
