Nutri-Leaf Dieter's Tea Regular Strength (also sold as Dieters' Nutri-Herbal Tea) is an all-natural herbal laxative tea that supports regular bowel activity. It is designed as a gentle support for cleansing and digestive balance, and can be enjoyed alongside a healthy, balanced diet.

The formula combines senna leaf with a blend of traditional Chinese herbs, seeds and fruits: hawthorn fruit, water plantain tuber (alisma), Asian plantain seed, lotus leaf, barley, lime fruit and cassia (senna tora) seed. It is made from 100% natural herbal ingredients, with no caffeine and no chemical additives, and is suitable for vegetarians.

The Regular Strength blend is the gentler option, with 30 tea bags per box. It is best enjoyed in the evening or after meals. To use, infuse one tea bag in a cup of hot water and steep for 1–2 minutes, then drink one cup once or twice daily. The strength can be adjusted by changing the steeping time; first-time users are advised to start with a shorter steep and see how their body responds.
