Nutri-Leaf Dieter's Tea Extra Strength (also sold as Dieters' Nutri-Herbal Tea) is a high-potency herbal laxative tea. It supports regular bowel activity, gentle cleansing and digestive balance, and suits people who find the Regular Strength blend too mild.

The formula combines senna leaf with a blend of traditional Chinese herbs, seeds and fruits: hawthorn fruit, water plantain tuber (alisma), Asian plantain seed, lotus leaf, barley, lime fruit and cassia (senna tora) seed. It is made from 100% natural herbal ingredients, with no caffeine and no chemical additives, and is suitable for vegetarians.

Each Extra Strength tea bag has a larger dose of herbs than the Regular Strength blend (2.76g of senna per bag compared with 1.84g), and there are 15 tea bags per box. It is best enjoyed in the evening or after meals. To use, infuse one tea bag in a cup of hot water and steep for 1–2 minutes, then drink one cup once or twice daily. The strength can be adjusted by changing the steeping time; first-time users are advised to start with a shorter steep and see how their body responds.

Warnings: Contains senna, a stimulant laxative. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Increase water and dietary fibre intake while using. Not recommended for children under 12.
