This product is designed to support joint and bone health as part of an active lifestyle and everyday wellbeing, from busy routines through to more mature stages of life. It has a very mild natural bovine taste on its own, but when mixed into foods or drinks it is generally unflavoured.

Collagen is a protein naturally found in skin, muscles, bones, joints and connective tissue. Mix 14 grams (2 tablespoons) daily into any liquid of choice, such as coffee, smoothies, juices and soups, or add to foods like yoghurt, oats and baking - it dissolves in hot and cold liquid and delivers 12.7 g of collagen peptides per serve.
