Mix 5 grams (1 heaped teaspoon) into 150 mL of milk of choice and enjoy hot or cold, or add to baking, smoothies, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit or ice cream. Perfect for 12 months+, gluten free, with no artificial nasties - the fish-derived DHA is microencapsulated so there is no fishy taste or smell.
