The only Australian-made reusable tealight tin on the market, pressed from recycled steel and built to be refilled rather than replaced. Some customers are still burning candles in the tins they bought eighteen years ago.

Measuring 21 x 40mm, the tin is designed specifically for pure beeswax tealights, whose rounded base burns out completely and leaves the tin clean for the next candle. It is the sustainable alternative to the disposable aluminium and plastic cups that most tealights are sold in — aluminium being a heavy environmental impacter in its own right.

To use, drop a tealight into the tin and light it. The tins suit essential oil burners and insulated surfaces. Burn for a minimum of two hours to prevent tunnelling, and let the candle burn down until only a quarter to two thirds remains. Note that the trademark embossing on the base means these tins are not suited for use as candle moulds.
