Niulife Organic Shredded Coconut is coconut flesh cut into medium-length strands - coarser than desiccated but finer than flakes - in a resealable pouch. It is certified organic, sustainably grown, 100% natural pure coconut with no preservatives, no sulphites and no added sugar.

The shred size is the practical middle ground for everyday cooking: it holds its shape through baking, so it works in muesli and granola, lamingtons, slices, cookies and muffins, and it is equally at home sprinkled over salads, curries, cereals and smoothie bowls, or blitzed to make coconut milk.
