Niulife Organic Desiccated Coconut is finely grated, dried coconut flesh in a resealable pouch. It is certified organic, 100% natural pure coconut with no preservatives, no added sugar and no sulphites - the sulphur dioxide bleaching agent commonly used to whiten conventional desiccated coconut.

It suits home bakers and anyone eating paleo, raw, vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free. Typical uses are slices, macaroons, bliss balls and cakes, stirred through muesli and porridge, blended into smoothies, sprinkled over salads and curries, or eaten straight from the pouch.
