Description:

Niulife Creamed Coconut - also sold as Coconut Butter - is 100% pure creamed coconut in a glass jar. Certified organic coconut flesh is simply dried and then ground into a smooth paste; nothing is added, no oil is extracted and no sweetener or emulsifier is used.

Because the whole flesh is retained, the jar contains over 60% pure virgin coconut oil along with the coconut's fibre, making it a rich source of medium chain triglycerides (MCT) as well as dietary fibre. That distinguishes it from coconut oil, which is pure fat with the fibre removed.

It is used as a dairy-free spread straight from the jar, melted over ice cream or pancakes, blended with hot water for an instant coconut milk drink, stirred into curries and stir-fries, folded through raw desserts and bliss balls, blended into smoothies, mixed with cacao for chocolate, or set into moulds with fruit and nuts.

The coconut oil naturally separates and can form a white layer on top - simply warm the jar and stir it back together. It is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and paleo friendly.
