Niulife Handmade Coconut Syrup is a certified organic liquid sweetener made from a single ingredient: pure coconut blossom nectar. The freshly harvested nectar is kettle-boiled by hand until it reduces to a thick, pourable syrup with a signature toffee flavour.

It is a natural, unrefined alternative to maple syrup, golden syrup and agave, with no added sugar, no preservatives and no gluten. The 250mL bottle pours easily and keeps well.

Use it straight from the bottle over pancakes, waffles, porridge, coconut yoghurt, desserts and ice cream, stirred into hot drinks, whisked into salad dressings (it pairs well with coconut vinegar) or used in baking and glazes wherever a liquid sweetener is called for.
