Naturally Sweet Erythritol is a 100% natural sweetener with a clean, sweet taste and no aftertaste. Made through a fermentation process and certified non-GMO, it is regarded as one of Australia's best quality erythritols.

Erythritol is approximately 70% as sweet as sugar, so substitute it for sugar on a 1.4:1 basis. It has virtually no calories — approximately 0.2 kcal/g, only 5% of sugar — and zero carbs, which makes it a popular choice for low-carb, keto and diabetic-friendly cooking.

With a zero glycaemic index, erythritol does not raise plasma glucose or insulin levels, making it suitable for diabetics and those following special diets. Unlike some other sugar alcohols it is non-laxative and has a high digestive tolerance. It is also resistant to metabolism by oral bacteria and is therefore tooth-friendly.
