The reformulated blend carries 4.4x more magnesium than the previous version, alongside glycine, L-theanine and L-tryptophan, plus the traditional calming botanicals passionflower and lemon balm extract. Magnesium is an essential mineral that supports normal nervous system function and energy metabolism, while L-tryptophan is a precursor the body uses to produce serotonin.

Real cocoa and organic cacao give it a genuine chocolate flavour, finished with peppermint flavour for a cool after-dinner mint character.
