Naked Byron repurpose the chickpea water left over from their hummus production to create a 100% Australian-made vegan mayonnaise, which reduces food waste at the same time.

The brand suggests it for potato salad and other traditional mayo applications. Use it on sandwiches and wraps, through coleslaw and pasta salad, as a chip dip, or as the base for your own aioli and dressings.

Vegan, egg-free and dairy-free, with no added preservatives, additives or artificial colours. Keep refrigerated. 465g jar (also 235g, 1kg and 5kg).
