Morlife Deep Sleep Remedy is a salted caramel flavoured evening drink powder formulated to support restful sleep and relaxation. The 200g tub provides approximately 20 x 10g serves.

The formula pairs calming herbal extracts - passionflower at 8%, plus lavender, chamomile, hops, valerian, lemon balm and magnolia - with the sleep-associated amino acids L-glycine, L-ornithine and L-tryptophan. Tart cherry, lucuma, date and banana form the fruit base, sweetened with monk fruit extract rather than cane sugar.

Added magnesium, zinc, iron, folate and vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6 and C support energy metabolism and mental wellbeing, so the aim is not only falling asleep but waking feeling refreshed and focused. It is aimed at adults who struggle to wind down at night or wake unrefreshed. Morlife notes it is recommended by Australian sleep expert Olivia Arezzolo.
