Morlife Blue Spirulina is a vivid natural blue powder made from phycocyanin, the intensely coloured pigment extracted from spirulina, a well-known antioxidant superfood. Morlife calls it the magic ingredient that takes any food from drab to fab.

It is freeze dried to preserve both its natural colour and its nutrients, and unlike whole green spirulina it has no fishy aftertaste, which makes it far easier to work into everyday food and drinks.

This is a colour-and-antioxidant booster rather than a meal replacement or protein powder. It suits smoothie bowls, lattes, icings, yoghurt, raw slices and anything else you want to turn a striking blue.

Add 1 g (approximately 1 level teaspoon) to water, juices, smoothies, yoghurts, cereals or other foods, adjusting the amount for the colour intensity you want. Gluten free and vegan, with around 50 serves per 50 g pouch. Store resealed below 25 degrees C away from direct sunlight.
