Ingredients:

Each capsule contains: LipiSperse® Libifem® Fenugreek containing Trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract dry concentrate 300 mg, derived from dry seed 9.9 g; LipiSperse® Black Cohosh containing Actaea racemosa root and rhizome extract dry concentrate 30 mg, derived from dry root and rhizome 450 mg. Vegan, dairy free, gluten free. Do not exceed 2 capsules a day. In very rare cases black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If experiencing yellowing of skin/eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach pain and/or appetite loss, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
