Love Tea Pitta

This Ayurvedic herbal blend has been designed by our naturopath to support and balance the pitta dominant constitution. People who are pitta dominant are typically of medium build, ambitious, intelligent, passionate leaders and perfectionists. Out of balance this dosha can be prone to becoming hot, jealous, or angry with poor digestion. This blend includes herbs such as rose, spearmint, and cardamom traditionally used to help harmonise, cool and balance.

Ingredients:

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare), Peppermint (Mentha Piperita), Spearmint (Mentha Spicata)*, Cardamom (Elettaria Cardamomum), Rose (Rosa Centifolia), Ginger (Zingiber Officinale), Hibiscus (Hibiscus Sabdariffa).
