Life Cykel Reishi Double Extract is a liquid mushroom extract made from Reishi, the distinctively red, woody mushroom that grows from the side of hardwood trees. Used for millennia across Asian cultures as a symbol of health and longevity, Life Cykel call it the zen mushroom. It naturally contains bioactive compounds including triterpenoids and ganoderic acid.

Like the rest of the range it is produced with Life Cykel's double extraction process, using both water and alcohol across the fruiting body and the mycelium to give a full-spectrum extract with less than 1% starch. Each bottle is infused with Australian native wild-harvested Kakadu Plum for its naturally high vitamin C.

Reishi suits people winding down rather than ramping up - anyone dealing with stress, restlessness or unsettled sleep. Many customers take it in an evening tea. Take 2mL daily - half a dropper is approximately 1mL - added straight into coffee, tea, a smoothie or water.
