I'm Nutrients Iron Immunity is a kid-friendly, tummy-friendly iron supplement designed to help maintain healthy iron levels while supporting immune system health. It pairs gentle iron glycinate with Australian bovine lactoferrin, vitamin C from acerola cherry and vitamin D3.

Iron glycinate is a chelated form chosen because it is gentle on the stomach and non-constipating, a common reason children stop taking iron. Lactoferrin is a naturally occurring milk protein that supports iron transport and immune function, while vitamin C assists iron absorption and vitamin D3 supports immune system health.

The tablets are naturally flavoured with tropical mixed berry and sweetened with monk fruit and xylitol, with no added sugar. Children aged 2 to 12 years chew one tablet daily with food and those aged 13 years and over chew two tablets daily with food. Tablets can be crushed and mixed into water, yoghurt or honey for children who cannot chew.

Ingredients:

Each chewable tablet contains: Bovine lactoferrin (Australian) 50mg; Iron (as iron glycinate) 5mg; Malpighia glabra (acerola cherry) fruit extract 138.9mg, equivalent to ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 50mg; Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 2.5 micrograms (100 IU). Also contains: citric acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, steviol glycosides, natural tropical powder flavour and xylitol. Contains milk products and sulfites. Free from egg, soy, nuts, gluten and peanuts. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet; not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
