I'm Nutrients Fussy Essentials is a children's multivitamin built for picky eaters, delivering 20 essential nutrients in one naturally strawberry-flavoured chewable tablet. It is designed to help maintain nutrient levels within the normal range when dietary intake is inadequate.

The formula covers the nutrients most often missing from a narrow diet, including iron, magnesium, zinc, iodine, choline, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and the full B group, plus lutein and zeaxanthin for eye health. Folinic acid is used in place of folic acid, making it suitable for children with MTHFR genetic variations, and vitamin C is sourced from acerola cherry.

Tablets are sweetened with xylitol and steviol glycosides with no added sugar and no artificial colours or flavours. Children aged 2 to 8 years chew one tablet daily; children aged 9 to 13 years chew two tablets once daily. Tablets may be crushed and mixed with water, yoghurt or honey if a child cannot chew.
