Elderberry and echinacea have both been used traditionally in Western herbal medicine to relieve the symptoms of the common cold and mild upper respiratory tract infections, while zinc supports healthy immune system function. The gummies are a practical option for children who dislike tablets or liquids.

The deep purple colour comes from the elderberry and red anthocyanins rather than artificial colouring, and the gummies are sweetened without added sugar or artificial sweeteners. They are gelatine-free and vegan friendly. Dosage ranges from one gummy daily for ages 2 to 4 up to two gummies twice daily for ages 14 and over; chew, do not swallow whole.

Each gummy contains: Echinacea purpurea root extract dry concentrate 60mg, equivalent to dry root 600mg; Sambucus nigra (black elderberry) fruit extract dry concentrate 17.5mg, equivalent to dry fruit 350mg; Zinc citrate dihydrate 5.86mg, equivalent to zinc 2mg. Also contains: glycerol, citric acid, natural mixed berry flavour, isomalt, maltitol solution, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, purified water, sodium citrate, sorbitol solution, red anthocyanins and stevia. Contains sorbitol, isomalt and maltitol, which may have a laxative effect in excess. Free from gluten, dairy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, artificial colours and flavours, and animal products.
