I'm Nutrients Calm Mind is an award-winning chewable tablet formulated to support the nervous system and emotional wellbeing of children. It combines clinically trialled saffron extract (affron®) with magnesium, zinc and activated vitamin B6 in a single naturally watermelon-flavoured tablet.

Saffron has traditionally been used to support emotional balance and calm the mind, while magnesium supports healthy neuromuscular function and vitamin B6 and zinc assist neurotransmitter synthesis. The formula is non-drowsy, so it can be taken during the day at school or before events children find overwhelming.

Calm Mind is vegan friendly, sweetened with monk fruit and steviol glycosides, and contains no added sugar and no artificial colours or flavours. Children aged 6 to 11 years chew one tablet once daily with food; those aged 12 years and over chew one tablet twice daily, or take as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients:

Each chewable tablet contains: Crocus sativus (saffron) stigma extract dry concentrate 15mg (affron®), derived from dry stigma 45mg; Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 780 micrograms, equivalent to pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 500 micrograms; Magnesium amino acid chelate 350mg, equivalent to magnesium 70mg; Zinc citrate dihydrate 15.55mg, equivalent to zinc 5mg. Also contains: beet red (natural colour), citric acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, natural watermelon powder flavour, magnesium stearate, maize starch, Siraitia grosvenorii (monk fruit) extract, purified water, sorbitol and steviol glycosides. Contains sulphites. Vegan friendly and free from dairy, gluten, soy and nuts. Not to be used in children under 6 years of age.
