Vitamin C is an antioxidant that reduces free radicals formed in the body. The formula supports immune system health, skin health, connective tissue formation, blood vessel health and wound healing, and helps dietary iron absorption.

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 tablet, one to three times a day, with food, or as directed by your health professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
