Herbs of Gold Magnesium Powder High Strength is a pineapple-flavoured powder providing 320mg of elemental magnesium per 5g serve from a blend of magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate, organic forms of magnesium that have greater bioavailability than other forms such as magnesium oxide.

It is formulated with taurine and the active form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate) to support nervous system health, and is naturally sweetened with stevia. Magnesium is an important mineral required for the proper functioning of muscles, and this formula relieves muscle cramps, relieves symptoms of premenstrual tension and reduces menstrual cramps and pain.

Adults: mix 5g (one level scoop) in 150mL of water or juice, once daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional. Scoop included. Available in 150g and 300g tubs.
