Herbs of Gold Collagen provides a high quality source of marine collagen from deep sea fish (supplied by Gelita, minimum 90% protein), combined with natural vitamin C from Acerola berry and zinc from Guava leaf extract.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and helps protect cells from free radical damage, while zinc contributes to normal skin structure, wound healing and the maintenance of normal hair and nails, when part of a healthy diet involving a variety of foods.

Take 1-2 capsules daily, with food. Capsules can be swallowed whole, or opened and the contents mixed into your preferred beverage or sprinkled over food. Collagen is derived from fish.
