Herbs of Gold Children's Fish-i Care contains concentrated fish oil providing the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), plus iodine. It suits children whose diets are low in fish, providing marine omega-3s the body cannot produce.

Each vanilla-berry flavoured, fish-shaped chewable capsule provides 250mg DHA and 50mg EPA plus 50 micrograms of iodine, naturally sweetened with tooth-friendly xylitol. It supports brain, cognitive and nervous system function, healthy eye development and function, and skin health in children.

Children 2-4 years: twist or snip off the tail from the capsule, then squeeze the fish oil straight into your child’s mouth or onto their favourite food; take 1 capsule daily. Children 5-8 years: chew 1 capsule daily. Children 9-13 years: chew 2 capsules daily. Or take as directed by your health professional.
