Herbs of Gold Calcium K2 with D3 is a calcium supplement formulated with menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) and vitamin D3 for bone health. It combines two well-absorbed forms of calcium: Aquamin™, a highly bioavailable calcium derived from mineralised seaweed, and calcium citrate, for 250mg of elemental calcium per tablet.

Calcium supports bone density, maintains strong, healthy bones and teeth and helps prevent osteoporosis when dietary intake is inadequate. Vitamin D assists intestinal calcium absorption, while vitamin K2 helps incorporate calcium into bone and supports cardiovascular system health. It also helps maintain bone health in post-menopausal women.

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 tablet, two to three times daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
