Herbs of Gold Bloating Relief Complex contains herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine and Chinese medicine to relieve abdominal bloating.

This multi-action formula combines Chen pi, traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve abdominal bloating, feelings of fullness and nausea, with Caraway and Fennel, traditional carminatives, and Dandelion, traditionally used to relieve symptoms of indigestion and support healthy liver function.

Adults: take 1 capsule, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant or while breastfeeding.

Each capsule contains: Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion) root extract 25mg derived from dry root 1.5g, Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) seed extract 75mg derived from dry seed 1.5g, Citrus reticulata (Chen pi) fruit peel extract 75mg derived from dry fruit 1.5g, Carum carvi (Caraway) seed extract 100mg derived from dry seed 500mg. Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
