Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12; other forms such as cyanocobalamin have to be converted to methylcobalamin for use in the body. Each spray delivers 1mg, making it an easy option for people who prefer not to swallow tablets, including vegetarians and vegans.

Shake well before use. Adults and children over 12 years: spray once or twice under the tongue daily, or as directed by your health professional. 50mL bottle.
