Hab Shifa TQ+ Activated Black Seed Oil VegeCapsules are an odourless, pre-measured capsule form of the brand's cold-pressed black seed oil, for people who want the benefits without the strong peppery taste of the liquid.

Each capsule contains 500mg of organic cold-pressed Nigella sativa seed oil standardised to a minimum 25mg of thymoquinone. The shell is a vegetable soft gel, so the product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and it is free from gluten, dairy, lactose and wheat. Australian made and TGA listed under AUST L 324167.

Adults take one capsule twice per day with meals. Children aged 5 to 12 take one capsule once per day. At two capsules daily the 60 pack is around a one-month supply and the 120 pack around two months.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
