Green St Kitchen's Zesty Lemon & Dill Kraut is the lightest ferment in their range - a fresh, zingy and crunchy kraut made from green cabbage with fresh lemon and fresh dill, balanced with ginger root, allspice and salt.

The lemon keeps it bright rather than heavily sour, and the dill gives it a herbal, almost pickle-like character. It is a good starting kraut for people who find traditional sauerkraut too sharp.

Naturally lacto-fermented and raw, so it carries the living lactobacilli produced during fermentation. Vegan, gluten free, plastic free and Australian made.

Excellent with fish and seafood, potato salad, roast chicken, grain bowls and cheese boards. Supplied in 430g jars; keep refrigerated.
