Good Morning Cereals Spelt Puffs are made from 100% certified organic hulled spelt. Spelt is an ancient wheat variety, favoured for its higher protein level and long history of nourishing people for thousands of years.

The spelt is sourced from the Gunnedah region of NSW and gently puffed into light, crunchy pieces with nothing added. Many people who find conventional wheat hard to digest prefer spelt as an alternative. Please note spelt contains gluten and is not suitable for coeliacs.

Enjoy these puffs with milk or plant milk, over yoghurt, or in homemade muesli, slices and snack bars.
