Description:

Gaga's Reserve Vegan Kimchi is the plant-based version of the Reserve recipe - the same aged gochujang chilli paste and the same wombok, daikon and spring onion base, with the fish sauce left out entirely.

The umami instead comes from sustainable, mineral-rich Tasmanian seaweed, wild harvested and folded through the ferment. It is unpasteurised, so the naturally occurring probiotics developed during fermentation are still present.

It is aimed at vegans, vegetarians and anyone avoiding fish who still wants a serious, deeply savoury kimchi rather than a mild vegetable pickle.

Supplied in 420g jars. Use it as a side, through rice and noodles, in pancakes and stews, or straight from the jar. Keep refrigerated.
