Sprouting the raw cashews before blending is the process the brand uses across its sprouted nut butters, aimed at improving texture and taste compared with roasted nut butters.

Use it on toast, crackers or fruit, stirred into smoothies, porridge or yoghurt, as a base for sauces or dressings, or straight from the jar. Give it a stir before serving, as natural oil separation can occur.
