The Jasmine & Cypress Shampoo Bar is Cooki's most fragrant bar — woody, sweet and floral. The brand describes the scent as wandering through a cypress woodland, inhaling the aroma of sweet jasmine and musky rose. It is built around seven oils, with jasmine oil as the moisturising, frizz-taming hero and cypress oil claimed to boost circulation and stimulate hair follicles.

It is an all-hair-types bar and is colour-safe on highlighted hair. There is one exclusion worth knowing: for dark dyed hair Cooki directs customers to the Rice Water Protein Shampoo Bar instead. Cocoa butter and shea butter carry the conditioning side of the formula, alongside jojoba, macadamia, olive and coconut oils.

To use, wet the bar in your hands until it starts to lather, run it through wet hair from root to tip, massage until fully lathered, then rinse out with water. Let the bar dry fully on a drainer dish between washes — that is what determines how long it lasts.

Available as a 65g refill box or a 65g reusable metal tin. One bar is claimed to replace up to three bottles of liquid shampoo. Vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free and palm oil-free.
