Then we add a dash of extra virgin coconut oil to seal the hair shaft and protect your hair from UV damage (that’s right, coconut oil has a natural SPF of 8).   We’ve also added coconut extract for a nutty fragrance that lingers but never overpowers. This bar is a great place to start for anyone with sensitive skin or scalp conditions. It also **contains no essential oils** unlike many of our other bars, making it our most **pregnancy safe** option.
